• Carve out a moment to sit quietly at the time I’ll be sending out Reiki
• As long as you’ve set your intention, you’ll receive your Reiki while out & about…or at home relaxing

You’ll receive an email reminder the evening before. Followed by a note Sunday evening with any affirmations that come up during the session. Helping you ease into the week ahead.
