PAYMENT POLICY

*Full payment due upfront for premade items prior to shipping.

Custom Orders: While you’re always welcome to pay in full, up front, a minimum 50% deposit is required prior to your custom piece(s) being designed.  The remaining 50% is due prior to shipping.

*Full payment due upfront for rush orders.  We will notify you upon completion and hold your item(s) for 48 hours thereafter.

After those 48 hours, your item(s) will be posted for sale if the remaining balance has not been paid.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround Time

All orders/purchases are shipped via USPS.  We currently have a standing Saturday pickup with USPS.

*Note: Packages are normally delivered within 3-5 business days.

Due to the pandemic, USPS is experiencing varying delays.  Please visit www.USPS.com for the most up-to-date shipping times.

All premade items purchased through the website, take (7) business days for processing before shipping during our Saturday drop off.

Custom orders are shipped within 14-21 business days after order is placed (and paid in full)

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by USPS, we will update you via email with the tracking information once shipped.

Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your package, and your location.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages not received when USPS tracking confirms delivery. In the event USPS tracking confirms delivery, and you have not recevied your package, please contact USPS to file a claim – after checking the perimeter of your home and with your neighbors.
